After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your selected specifications or available customization options.
The order becomes officially confirmed once we receive your reply and confirmation. Production and packing will then begin.
The average preparation time is around 5 business days, and the total delivery time (including shipping and customs clearance) is usually 15–20 days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Orders pending confirmation will remain on hold until your reply is received. Slight delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.
